It is also considered one of the projects that reduce unemployment and a source of income for young people. In general, the sources of fattening meat production in Egypt are small obese beef calves slaughtered at a weight of 250 – 280 kg, Kundu beef calves which are slaughtered at a weight of no less than 300 kg, and buffalo calves slaughtered at a weight of no less than 350 – 400 kg.
